Administrative Affairs

This department is composed of the secretariat, facilities and the discipline sections, and provides services to employees under the supervision of the administrative and financial assistant. In addition, it supports various departments of the library and is responsible for the property management and warehousing.

This section is located on the ground floor of the Central Library.
